As an account admin, card admin, or bookkeeper, you can download Brex business account or card statements from your Brex dashboard by following the steps below.

Note: If you export your statement to CSV, it can be opened in Excel as a spreadsheet.

Card statement

Step 1: Go to Card > Statements at the left side of your dashboard.

Step 2: Your statements will appear in the table on this page as they are generated at the end of each statement cycle. To export, click the download icon to the right of each statement row.

Brex business account statement

Step 1: Go to Cash > Statements on the left side of your dashboard.

Step 2: Your statements will appear in the table on this page as they are generated at the end of each statement cycle. To export, click the download icon to the right of each statement row.

Step 1: Go to Accounts on the left side of your dashboard, then Credit > View statements.

Step 2: Your statements will appear in the list on this page as they are generated at the end of each statement cycle. To export, click the download icon to the right of each statement row.

Brex business account statements

Step 1: Go to Accounts > Business accounts > [Brex business account name] > Statements in your dashboard.

Step 2: Your statements will appear in the table on this page as they are generated at the end of each statement cycle. To export, click the download icon to the right of each statement row.

Reimbursement statements

Step 1: Go to Accounts > Reimbursements > Statements in your dashboard.

Step 2: Your statements will appear in the table on this page as they are generated at the end of each statement cycle. To export, click the download icon to the right of each statement row.
